Biometric attendance

Your biometric devices, reconciled into a month you can close.

A device that records punches is not attendance. EZ HR takes the logs off your biometric devices and measures them against each employee's shift and duty time, the holiday and weekend calendar, and the leave that was actually approved — so the month closes from one source instead of five workbooks.

ZKTeco integration

We mainly integrate with ZKTeco devices, and with select other models that expose integration support. Bring your device model to the demo and we will confirm the integration before you commit to anything.

Device management

Devices are registered and managed in the application under system administration, and their logs feed attendance directly. Adding or replacing a device is a configuration change, not a development job.

Shift and duty-time reconciliation

Each employee's expected hours come from their shift and duty time. Raw punches are measured against that, against configured holidays and weekends, and against approved leave — which is what turns a log file into a late, overtime or man-hour figure you can defend.

  • Corrections and missed punches are raised as attendance requests and run through the configured approval flow, leaving an activity log rather than an edited cell.
  • A month can be locked once it is agreed, so payroll is built against a sheet that cannot move underneath it.
  • Monthly attendance summaries feed the salary sheet and the late, overtime and man-hour reports from the same records.

Straight into payroll

The reconciled month is what the salary sheet is built from, so attendance disputes are settled on one screen instead of a week of reconciliation.
