Privacy policy

This policy covers the EZ HR marketing website operated by Digital Hyperlinks. It does not cover the EZ HR application itself, which is governed by the agreement with each customer.

What we collect

When you submit the demo or contact form we store the details you provide:

• Your name and work email address
• Your company name, phone number and company size, if you give them
• Your message
• The time you consented to be contacted, your IP address and browser user agent, for security and anti-spam purposes

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo or prepare a quote. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to follow up and to keep a record of business correspondence. You may ask us to delete yours at any time.

Analytics

If website analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. Analytics scripts are loaded deferred and never above the fold.

Your choices
